Yes another SCR thread but I'm sorry it makes newbs into pros (I know in a auto aim lobby shooter lol)
But nethertheless I had 250 shield and 180 armour left and the guy 2 shots me.... I've now made 3 posts against the SCR and considering I used to abuse FOTM and read the forums regularly yet rarely post... Surely CCp you must see the SCR is not only Op but it's broken
Look over your code you lazy cunts...

Rails are used in pubs because of the range they have and all the armour tankers
More armour = less movement, greater health
Less armour = more movement, less health
In all games more movement is accompanied by less health and the better you are the less health you need. Bad players need more health to survive (armour tanking in Dust)
Anyone who doesn't see how OP th SCR is doesn't run shields.

But you say this isn't a twitch shooter yet a SCR kills me in an instance... There's time to react to every other gun no matter what your fit (apart from shotgun) but the SCR (mid range weapon) is aloud to insta kill me wether miles a way or right next to me?

Yes I have used one I've been over this a thousand times. It is OP but just because you can't go 50/0 in a pub is because everyone armour tanks therefore everyone Rail rifles.... If everyone used shields then everyone would be running around with Scrambler rifles.
A SCR cuts through any 'equivelant' shield tanker than a RR cuts through an 'equivalant' shield tanker way quicker. Go do the math.

I'm #36 on leaderboards I've played this game more than most don't patronise me.
It is easier to kill someone 1v1 FACT than any other gun unless you're talking over 1000 armour.
Just because a weapons harder to use does not mean it should be incredibly OP. Otherwise gave me a pistol that needs a 1second charge time and either kills with a headshot but does nothing anywhere else on the target. **** players protecting their OP gun.

Finally someone talking sense... I've admitted this in forums loads of times... Why use a gun that you're not going to get as many kills as possible in a game? (only reason I don't use SCR even though IT IS OP)
I have large missiled in dropships, logi lav'd, Tac ARd, nanohive and grenade spammed, 1.7 militia tank spammed to name a few.... Atleast you could defend against them SCR is insta kill on any shield suit. It's to much.
